On the date of legal completion, we’ll pay you 5% of your property’s purchase price. For example, if you reserve a property with a purchase price of £600,000, we will pay you £30,000.
Plus you'll receive 1% towards your flooring costs. For example on a £600,000 property we will contribute £6,000.
