Regular bus routes stop along Hazelwood Avenue running into Eastbourne and the Langney Shopping Centre.
The site has existing residential properties to the southeast and southwest, a railway to the northeast and a stream along the northwest. The South Downs National Park is a short drive away providing beautiful walking and cycling routes. Willingdon golf club lies on the edge of the National Park. Meadowburne Place is close to popular seaside resorts, including Eastbourne, Bexhill-on-Sea and Brighton.
